Is there a free trial?

Yes - You can try out some of the features of the Retailgenix platform without a subscription for up to 30 days. Contact us for a demo, and then we grant you access to the platform.

How long is your contract?

We operate a simple policy in that we only want happy customers. Our platform operates on a pay monthly basis, you can give notice at any time and we'll switch you off at the end of the month.

What hardware do you support?

We support all the major hardware types currently available in the market including barcode scanners, printers. We can even supply you a complete package of all the hardware and software required.

How many locations can you support?

Our base offering is designed for small businesses operating out of a single location, however our bronze and golf platforms scale up to businesses of all sizes.

Tell me about GPDR compliance?

Our platform is hosted in the UK and all of your data remains in the UK. All of our platforms, and operations utilise industry best practise ensuring we keep all of your data safe.

What currencies do you bill in?

All our billing is run through the Stripe platform, so we support billing in every major currency. At the beginning of your contract we will confirm which currency you want to be billed in and the cost in that currency.
